1/ Use gentle light

To make your home feel cozy on long winter nights, you can reinstall indoor lighting. Soft lighting creates a warmer environment at home, which is where you quit work to relax. Fluorescent lamps emit intense ultraviolet rays and can even lead to some eye diseases, so why not change them? If you can't change a bulb to another, you can add a dimmer switch, although that doesn't apply to most bulbs today.

If you don't know the other thing lighting modes, let's quickly look at them. Color temperature describes the appearance of light and is measured in degrees from one thousand to ten thousand. Usually, the colors shown are warm white, cool white, or daylight. Warm white is the warmest and most seductive color among them and is best suited for the living room, bedroom and kitchen. You can see a warm white bulb installed in the chandeliers. The brightness of the light can then be increased into daylight bulbs. You can change to cool white to energize during the day and switch to warm white at night to make your home cozier.
