Woody Allen is known for his great films but has a notorious reputation as a celebrity parent. His behavior has been described as creepy, cruel, manipulative, and involving blackmail. He has been involved in inappropriate relationships with some of his adopted children and controversially married his stepdaughter, Soon-Yi Previn.
In 2018, HBO released the documentary "Allen v. Farrow," where Dylan Farrow, one of Woody Allen's adopted children, courageously shared her childhood trauma inflicted by Allen. Despite her accusations, Woody Allen denies the claims and insists that Dylan was coached by her mother, Mia Farrow, to say hurtful things about him.
