Karlie Kloss, born in Chicago in 1992, was discovered by talent scouts at the young age of 13 during a local benefit runway show in 2005. Her early modeling career included campaigns for Abercrombie Kids and features in Teen Vogue, paving the way for her entry into the prestigious Victoria's Secret Fashion Show in 2011 at the age of 19.
Despite her success on the Victoria's Secret runway until 2015, Karlie decided to step away from modeling to pursue higher education at New York University's Gallatin School of Individualized Study. Her decision to focus on academics and personal growth led her to temporarily set aside her modeling career, reflecting her commitment to expanding her knowledge and exploring new intellectual horizons.
