To truly make an outfit stand out, sometimes you need a touch of wild creativity to capture people's attention. On its own, the neutral outfit Lady Gaga wore might not have been too shocking.
What truly amazed everyone was her entrance. Instead of the singer herself, photographers on the red carpet were greeted by a group carrying a giant egg. Little did they know, Lady Gaga was inside the egg, patiently waiting for her grand reveal. Surprisingly, she spent approximately 72 hours inside the egg before emerging!
