Respectful and Courteous
Let's be honest: most of us become quite upset when someone steals something from our home. Sometimes, we might express our frustration with words unsuitable for public consumption. There may even be instances of objects being thrown or tears being shed.
However, in Canada, things unfold a bit differently. When someone made off with this individual's wheelbarrow, they simply placed a sign outside politely requesting its return... and it worked! Now, one would think they ought to express their gratitude, wouldn't they?
