The morning commute to work can be exhausting, but that doesn't mean you should take advantage of the system. In this instance, the gate to the public transit system was broken, and no one was present to collect the fares.
Nevertheless, the commuters left their money at the gate to ensure someone could collect it. Canadian commuters believe in paying their way.
