A Contrast in Civil Disobedience
In many other countries, even splashing a police officer with water can be difficult, but Canada takes a different approach. The worst that might happen here is the officer playfully retaliating with a splash of their own.
This parade turned into a spirited water battle, and everyone seemed to be having a great time. If only more people worldwide could take a page from Canada's book, the world would be better.
