The Canadian police force seems to have a spirited and joyful side. When this officer noticed a young man driving his truck down the road, he decided to have a little fun with him.
He pulled the young man over, and to everyone's surprise, he complied. He was respectful, but the officer had to fulfill his duty and issue his first ticket.
