When National Geographic released some footage they captured of honey badgers, surely their purpose was to educate the public. Instead, they were caught up in a viral meme.
The profanity-laden video was released in 2011 and has since been viewed more than 90 million times. The video is so popular, in fact, that you might find references to it in other media — shows like Glee and American Pickers have both referenced it.
