Follow the Recipe

We know some recipes by heart because we make them on a pretty regular basis. Others, though, require us to heft out our grandma's old notebook or rummage through our haphazardly cobbled-together cookbook. But those recipes are a bit more fragile.

So, to save your precious papers from all sorts of ingredient-related incidents, spills, or wetting, here's an easy trick. Just use a clothes hanger with clips to hold your recipe aloft. This is also a great way to make sure you can easily read the recipe and not miss any steps.
