Catching Up With John Christie

John Christie's reign of terror ended as his dark secrets were brought into the light. The serial killer had been so audacious that he even used a woman's thigh bone to support a fence in his garden. However, John was now a fugitive, and the police faced the daunting task of capturing him.

Fortunately, the search didn't drag on for long. John became vulnerable after spending a week frequenting cafes during the day and sleeping on park benches at night. Eventually, a policeman apprehended him on the Thames embankment near Putney Bridge. While on the run, John confessed to the murder of Beryl during an intimate moment but denied any involvement in Geraldine's death.
