Well, some questions are bizarre, and this one ranks at the top. No matter where you’re from or where you’re traveling, the process of winning is the same everywhere. The one who gets over the finish line first wins.
This is the same for car racing and sports races. We’re not sure why someone would think horse racing would be any different. We’re honestly really surprised by this question, as racing is something probably every kid learns in gym class.
