The Ticking Clock

"Oh, is your chimpanzee attacking your friend?" the dispatcher inquired. Sandy, in a state of panic, confirmed, "Yes! He has torn her apart! Please, hurry! Hurry!" The dispatcher sought more details, asking, "What is happening? What is the chimpanzee doing? Please describe the chimpanzee's actions." Sandy's voice trembled as she replied, "He...he ripped her face off!" Overwhelmed by the horrific situation, she pleaded desperately, "They need to shoot him! Please! Hurry! Please!"

Attempting to calm Sandy, the operator assured her, "Ma'am, I need you to try and calm down. Help is already on its way." Sandy, overcome with distress, struggled to compose herself, exclaiming, "I can't...I can't... He's eating her! He's eating her!" Her cries continued, "Please! God! Please! Where are they? Where are they?" The conversation with the dispatcher persisted for approximately 12 minutes, filled with Sandy's pleas for urgent assistance, until finally, the authorities arrived at the scene to intervene.
