21. Bamboo in Japanese Interior
In Asian countries, bamboo naturally grows, so it makes sense to be used for making furniture, fences, etc. However, if you don't have a lot of room in your budget for tons of bamboo, you might be content with just one small tree to put on your window sill or desk. Small "lucky" bamboo trees can be sold by most nurseries and garden centers. There is a risk, though, that you can overdo it. Or, you might even make the neighbor mad at you if the bamboo is not preserved. So be careful.
