17. Ennis House

The Ennis House is the most crucial home built by Frank Lloyd Wright for textile blocks. It was built in 1924 in the Loz Feliz neighborhood of Los Angeles. Several scholars claim that Ennis House is a reference to the Mayan Revival of architecture. Paul's architecture in the ancient Mayan town of Uxmal influenced the textile blocks' design to create the house.

The main house and the smaller chauffeur's flat make up the block and dividing into two parts by a paved courtyard. The home is huge and is about 10,000 square feet in size. The Ennis House is on the market, designated as a neighborhood, state, and national landmark! It is being sold for $23 million by the new owner.
