9. Hire a Food Truck

Hiring a food truck is a terrific way to support local companies while still getting affordable catering. Previously, food truck operators relied on parking at public events to stay afloat. The varieties of dishes sold at a food truck are usually a lot more informal. This complements the laid-back atmosphere of a garden wedding. Many of these people are losing money from their businesses because we can no longer host major public gatherings like we used to. You are assisting a local business by hiring them for your wedding.

Another advantage of food trucks is that they are much easier to distance socially. Mobile kitchens are fitted on all food trucks. As a result, they won't have to cook food in your home or at the wedding venue you've leased. There also eliminates the need for waiters to deliver food to individuals when they sit at the table. Your guests can line up 6 feet apart and wait for their turn to be handed their meal by the person in the food truck. They can then proceed to their tables and take a seat at a safe distance.
