28. Fresh vegetables is always a big plush

Not everyone chooses to build a garden of vegetables. Most individuals prefer to stick with roses or a few houseplants. But if you have the land and the ability to grow your crops, you really should. USDA recommends that adults eat 5 to 10 servings of vegetables per day. Many scientific studies have proven this to reduce the risk of heart attack, stroke, diabetes, and heart disease if you can do this. It also gives you a 31% less chance of dying prematurely.

Although most people know that it's natural to eat fruits and vegetables, everyone has a reason. Most people find it too expensive to buy too many products at the grocery store. The obvious solution to this problem is to grow your vegetable garden at home. If you live in a flat and have no land, you will be able to join your local park or community center in a shared planting space.
