15. No more Anger

If you have rage problems? It often does not take too much to put us into a vortex of rage over little things if we feel weak. This could manifest itself through violent driving, repeated arguments, or passive-aggressive communication. It could even progress to aggression if you let things get out of control. Nobody wants it to happen. Meditation practice can help to decrease frustration, and so can gardening.

Gardening, like meditation, ensures that you take the time to reflect on a job in front of you that is different from the rest of your everyday problems. It could also strengthen your sense of empathy and calm by caring for a plant that is so delicate. Instead of allowing your feelings to get out of control, you feel upset the next time, going for a walk in the garden or tend to your plants.
