Following a concept similar to the Hunters International House at the show "Beachfront Bargain Hunt". The only characteristic feature is along the US coast. Like other programs, selected homeowners are committed to owning the home they are supposed to be shopping in. Moreover, the prospect of finding a beautiful beachfront property with all the perks and added amenities has a certain appeal to viewers. The thing to remember is when something seems too good to be true, it usually is.
