Indra Petersons
Latvian-born Indra Petersons gained recognition as a weather anchor on CNN's New Day and CNN Newsroom. She pursued an education at the University of Arizona, earning a degree in Atmospheric Physics with minors in business, math, and physics. After completing her studies in 2002, Petersons worked as a meteorologist at KVIA in El Paso, KEYT in Santa Barbara, and KABC in Los Angeles before joining the CNN team.
