Shay Ryan
Florida native Shay Ryan grew up in Fort Lauderdale and earned a degree in telecommunications from the University of Florida. She furthered her education with a Master's in Geoscience from Mississippi State University. Ryan's successful career has taken her to various locations, including New York, Michigan, Georgia, and Mississippi, where she has reported on severe storms, heatwaves, floods, and hurricanes. Shay Ryan serves as a meteorologist for WFTS-TV, covering the Tampa and St. Petersburg areas.
