4. 5 Minutes to do some declarations per day

You can make a difference with 5 minutes of cleaning at the same time. Begin the process by spending 5 minutes of your daily time. When you're comfortable with that time, try to build momentum by adding a few more minutes to it. Slow progress is the key here.

One of them is the 12-12-12 challenge. You need to locate 12 items that you plan to throw away, 12 other things to give, and 12 things you need to return to their right places. It will help make the task more comfortable to complete on time.
