24. Not checking before calling the fire department
It was a story from a friend. Police arrived at the scene from an urgent call about another electrical hazard. The sheriff entered the room, and the woman there said that the TV area was making strange noises. He went over to unplug the TV, but the noise didn't stop. He opened the drawer in the TV cabinet and heard the noises coming from her toy. Everything became awkward. If she had checked in advance where the noise was coming from, she wouldn't have made things so serious and embarrassing.
