6. Use The Corners
For some of your tools, where the walls meet in the garage might be an ideal location. If all of your shelf space has already been used up and you still need a place to put items, build a nifty corner shelf unit that can be easily made from unused materials.
To make the shelves that would fit between corner studs, use scrap plywood or orientated strand board. Besides, you may use one-by-one cleats to support them. For holding glues, oils, waxes, and polishes, corner shelves are ideal where they can be easily reached at a moment's notice.
