43. There is a story behind every style
When you style space, you want it to tell a story. A home should reflect who you are. When an interior designer creates an opening for a client, they keep that person as a character in mind. "Who is that person (or family)?" you ask yourself. What do they need in life? How can I represent them in this house? Be sure your room means yourself and your mates, as you do this yourself.
For example, if your space has a light cream theme, you would probably choose other decors' colors of the same spectrum like white, cloudy. On the other hand, you could pick some bright color artwork or bohemian inspiration to give the place a me-vibe. However, the overall tone will depend on each person's interest. Some prefer a light and happy tone, but some others might pick a darker and sultry vibe.
