12. Personal Items Mixe with Professional Artwork
Some people think that if you want a stylish home, you need to buy expensive art from the store. This is entirely not true. If you rely on buying paintings from a store, the last thing that will happen is that you have identical pictures to thousands of other people. You can still make the house look stylish even if you just use family photos or your work. Personally, I like to combine both the professional and the personal side in my space.
For example, I can't find exactly what I want from a store. So I have some pictures that I made myself, as well as images that I have customized into posters. Please do not misunderstand me. I also have canvas artwork purchased from a store. But I'm much pickier to make sure it perfectly matches my aesthetic. Work to get into the habit of being beyond dreaming. Is the wall art there as a placeholder, or is it there because you love it so much?
