27. Show Off Your Travels Souvernirs
Anything you like, you can watch YouTube videos and search the internet for pictures, but it doesn't substitute for the experience of traveling somewhere new. You'll note some changes in the way people live when you go to a foreign culture. When you come back home, you might pick up some tips that you want to integrate into your own life. If you're going to live on an Airbnb or stay with people who live in the country, this is more normal than staying somewhere like a hotel that is not a good representation of how people live.
I don't recommend loading your house with souvenirs. You could not bring back any souvenirs at all from your journey. But the inspiration that you got while you were there is what you should bring back. Many people decorate their homes with textiles, pieces of furniture, decorations, colors, and more that they find in different countries, and they felt they needed to have them back in their own homes.
