33. Be Mindful about Your Kids
We've been talking a lot about finding out the look you like. However, most individuals do not live alone. You're most likely to have a partner and maybe even children. When designing a room, you need to keep your kids in mind. There are plenty of ideas that are not kid-friendly out there.
Have them active in the process if your children are old enough to provide input. Ask what they think you can do with the house for their view. Please give a few or three choices to choose from instead of making it an open-ended question. And when it comes to designing their bedrooms, try to provide them with more space to think about what they need in their room. It will allow them to think for themselves in the future by granting them this creative liberty.
