10.Coreopsis

Coreopsis, also known as Tickseed in garden centers and greenhouses, is a cheerful, hardy perennial native to the United States, although cultivated. The hardy perennial blooms as a wildflower throughout most of the United States. It has daisy-like flowers with yellow centers and delicate green leaves reminiscent of annual Cosmos plants.

Pollinators and certain caterpillars benefit from the nectar of these annual flowers. As a result, they're a tremendous insect-friendly addition to any landscaping project. Be sure to include them in your landscaping project's flower list!
