If you've ever rented an apartment, you know it doesn't come free of charge. For those with pets, be it a cat, dog, lizard, or any other creature, there's an additional deposit and additional rent to consider.
Perhaps this individual has a valid argument. Their cat was simply there to relax on a blanket and bask in the sunlight. On the contrary, based on the noise emanating from the adjacent apartment, the neighboring children appeared more likely to cause damage to the apartment.
