This Makes No Sense
There are some things that you read, and they make absolutely no sense. Even when you reread them, you might still not get the point.
If it's a library book, you can just put the text back. In an email for work, you have to respond to them, asking for clarification on their question or offering an answer. This seems like the type of email back that we'd rather send from time to time.
