23. Assemble Grab bags
With the current crisis, you know that emergencies can happen. Sometimes you cannot stay indoors when natural disasters or other hazards arise. You don't know what foods are available when you go to community shelters or the Red Cross. They may not have allergenic foods. You also don't see how their meals are stored and packaged.
So you want to see if your family member has an allergy and make sure you have a bag on hand. Most emergency workers say it's best to make sure you have food and water available for three days to go right away.
