18. Don't forget about medical supplies
Things do happen irrespective of how much you plan and how careful you are when separating allergens from certain foods - an allergic reaction is still possible. Therefore, when you packaged disaster preventive measures, you want to make sure that you pack the medical supplies. You want to make a list of everything the person with an allergy needs to stay healthy and calm against any reaction.
If you need refills, talk to your doctor or pharmacy first. They may have other suggestions about how to prepare for a disaster. Also, make sure you do not leave them for a long time as they lose their effect.
