16. Talk to your guests about their food allergies
Chances are you won't go for groceries right before your guests arrive. Therefore, you need to shop for them a day before or even earlier. Consequently, you want to make sure that you are taking all the necessary steps not to experience an allergic reaction later on.
Talk to your guests about their allergies. Did they have a system at home, or what did the other guests do? Is there anything else you can do other than keep food separate? What happens to them if they have an allergic reaction? You want to know how serious it is. Also, make sure they feel at home like your other guests, so be considerate of them. Make sure you have enough food for them.
