14. Label food for children to understand
It will happen. Your little ones will get into the closet when you don't expect them. They know where snacks are and find a chair or whatever device they can get what they want. The biggest question is, not all of your meals are safe for your child with allergies. Another question, they won't read the label to see if something is safe because they don't understand as you do.
Of course, you store food separately, but this doesn't mean your kids won't find unsafe food. So what can you take as another supplement? Mark the food they can eat as "safe" and the food they can't eat as "unsafe." These are both simple words that you can teach your little ones who may not have read well yet. They also help others know what foods your child can eat and what cannot.
