In 2016, the handsome actor disclosed that Swift's chart-topping hit "Back to December" was, in fact, about their relationship.
Within the song's lyrics, Swift penned lines like, "Your sun-kissed skin, your sweet smile." The song also apologizes for a challenging night in December, which, as it turns out, was the very night she decided to end their relationship. When asked for his thoughts on the song, Lautner reflected, "That's her signature style."
