A Cautionary Tale
Few things are more unsettling than accidentally burning oneself on a piping-hot cup of tea. This photograph holds a disarming quality for this very reason.
The shadow cast by the cup cunningly creates the illusion of being filled to the brim with steaming liquid. However, upon closer inspection, one would discern this is not true. Thus, approaching and lifting the cup becomes a task without worry or risk.
