Some people struggle with confidence so much that they feel the need to convince the online world they're receiving attention from imaginary admirers. Take this woman, for example. She posted a photo of a Starbucks cup with the message, "For the prettiest girl I'll see today," written on it.
It's the kind of flattering note anyone would be excited to share on Instagram—if it were real! Unfortunately for her, someone exposed the lie by posting a link to the original photo, leaving her red-faced and caught in the act.
