Type-Cast? More Like "Type-Wrong"
Many actors struggle with being typecast into certain roles, and plenty of Hollywood stars frequently adopt an American accent, even though they hail from abroad. Chris O'Dowd is a great example—he's played several American characters and pulls it off convincingly.
So, when the Irish Daily Mirror reported that Chris was fed up with taking on these roles, he wasted no time setting the record straight. It turns out Chris isn't tired of it at all—he's doing just fine and isn't bothered by the accent switch-up!
