16. Aspirational-Size Clothing
Anyone with a weight problem will probably understand how difficult it is to choose clothes when you're losing weight or gaining weight. Some people buy clothes that aren't their right size because you think that you will someday wear them. However, clothing is one of the most common hoarding things. Many people store a lot of clothes in their closets even though they never wear them. You can keep some clothes to wear in the future in the hope that when you lose or gain weight successfully, you can wear them but don't keep them all.
In fact, if you've reached your dream weight, you're sure to reward yourself with a new wardrobe and second-hand pieces that are obsolete. Rearrange your wardrobe, find out what you really need to keep, donate, or throw away. After that, you should be more strict with yourself in buying clothes. Maybe that will be the motivation for you to lose weight or gain weight to the desired weight.
