Active military personnel, veterans, and elderly citizens over 65 will typically receive a discount. This discount could be as little as 10% to 20%, hardly covering the tax. This little saving, however, adds up over time.
This only applies to those who are eligible for the discount. You can, however, take your grandparent's or parents' thrift shopping with you and benefit from their value! They will be delighted to spend time with you.
