You live a busy life and think about preparing meals from the age of two, but wonder if it's something you can do. Well, hearing that roasting your veggies can extend the shelf life can change your mind. This not only makes your vegetables last longer but is also a great meal preparation tip.

All you need to do is bake vegetables, cool them, put them in an airtight container, and put them in the fridge that can make them last for a few days. Some, such as cauliflower and broccoli, will last a bit longer and may taste better.
