11. How to preserve your herbs?
What was the first thing you did when you received the flower? You will trim the root, add water to a vase, and place flowers in the water. You know how to do this as soon as possible because it will keep your flowers fresh longer.
But it would help if you did not do this to your flowers. You can also do this with your fresh herbs with just a few extra steps. Once you have the herbs sitting up straight in the water, you want to add some plastic wrap around them. Then you want to put the herbs in your fridge.
