The fact that the owner of this boat decided to tie it up to this tower is something that we're not sure should have been done. That being said, at least they know exactly where it is, and nobody's going to take it.
Our minds are rife with questions: What exactly happened? How did the tower wind up in the middle of the boat? Where is the boat's owner? And why did they take the time to tie the whole boat to the tower? I guess we'll never know.
