Caterina Scorsone – Amelia Shepherd Then
Amelia Shepherd, Derek's sister, first appeared on Private Practice with Addison Montgomery. After the show ended in 2013, she joined Grey's Anatomy as a main cast member in season 11.
Amelia has faced many challenges, including losing a newborn, a failed marriage to Owen, a brain tumor, and a surprise pregnancy. She continues to appear on Grey's Anatomy and occasionally guest stars on Station 19.
