#15: The Unfair Burden on Workers
It’s shocking how employers can shift financial responsibility onto workers who are already struggling. Many people assume companies always pay fair wages, but in reality, countless employees are expected to stretch paycheck after paycheck just to survive.
This practice has become far too common, and it’s well past time to challenge it. If someone is employed full-time, they deserve a full, livable wage — not a salary that forces them to cover the gaps left by their employer. People shouldn’t have to chase extra jobs just to make up for what their workplace fails to provide.
