Richard Sandrak, also known as Little Hercules, displayed extraordinary strength from a young age, bench-pressing a remarkable 210 pounds at six. His father served as his trainer, and their daily workouts consisted of 300 squats and 600 push-ups and sit-ups.

Richard's impressive physique resulted from a strict diet that excluded unhealthy foods, with him often consuming only lettuce while the rest of his family had pizza. At 30, Richard has transitioned from bodybuilding, redirecting his interests toward engineering.
