Andrea Ivanova, popularly known as Balkan Barbie, boasts the largest lips in the world. However, it is important to highlight that her lips are not entirely natural. At the age of 21, Andrea underwent her first lip injection procedure. Since then, she has received a total of 26 injections, and she has plans to undergo more in the future!
Apart from her lip enhancements, Andrea has also undergone cosmetic surgery on her chest, chin, and jawline. When asked about her lips, Balkan Barbie expressed her satisfaction, stating, "I am extremely pleased with my lips now as I find them more attractive than before. I feel very confident and happy with my appearance because, in my opinion, larger lips make me look more beautiful."
