The Human Tree

Dede Koswara, known as the Tree Man, was employed in a traveling circus sideshow, where he portrayed a remarkable fusion of a human and a tree. When Dede was 10 years old, he injured his knee, and soon afterward, he noticed the formation of warts around the injured area. Regrettably, due to financial constraints, he couldn't afford proper medical treatment and resorted to attempting the removal of the wart himself.

Over time, Dede's warts multiplied and extended to various parts of his body. Subsequently, it was discovered that he was afflicted with a rare condition called Epidermodysplasia Verruciformis (EV), which triggers the widespread dissemination of human papillomavirus (HPV) throughout the body.
