Human Silly Putty
Gary, also known as "Stretch" Turner, was born with a rare genetic disorder called Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. This condition has the potential to weaken different parts of the body, such as blood vessels, joints, or skin. In Gary's particular case, it primarily affects his skin.
Gary explained, "If you were to observe your own skin cells under a microscope, you would notice that they are round and fit together tightly in many places. However, my skin cells are more irregular in shape, resembling a jagged pattern, and they do not interlock as effectively. The best way to illustrate this is by comparing myself to a poorly woven basket, which easily unravels or pulls apart."
